Sessions are booked per half term and cost £21.00 per child for a 6 week block. Because groups are kept small in number fees must be paid prior to start of session. Once you have joined it is a rolling block, so you will have priority for the next block of sessions over someone on the waiting list. Your place is not secure until fees have been paid. You can start any time if space is available and just pay the remainder of the block.

Classes at Cheddleton and Werrington are subsidised by Staffordshire Council and cost £2.50 per session. Please phone beforehand to check availability as classes are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Terms and conditions:

• Missed sessions are non-refundable. If your child is absent for any reason there is no refund of fees. Insurance, hall hire, agency fees still has to be paid regardless, and so unable to refund.
• If on the very rare occasion that a class has to be cancelled by Joan, (due to snow etc.) then an additional alternative class date will be rearranged or a refund will be offered to parents for that particular session.
• If a child is absent for more than two weeks without any notification given, i.e no phone call or text, then it will be assumed the place is no longer required even if the block has been paid.
• Cash or cheques are accepted. If paying by cash, please try to have the correct change at time of booking. Cheques are made payable to “Joan Wallington” and please write your child’s full name, day and time of class on the back of your cheque.
