Term dates for January 2010 till February 2010 - No Class....
Please note there is no class durning the week of 26th January till 30th February which I have advised numerious times in class. This term is for 5 weeks and finishes 15th February 2010Snow and weather problems
Please note classes will continue as normal times and days durning the snowy weather. If in rare circumstances a class has to be cancelled then as a first point, please look at this website at 8am where I will leave a message to the effect that the class has to be cancelled. Im awake by 7.30am so if you wished to phone me at that time till 8.30am thats the best time to contact me. I would also send a message to your mobile advising of the cancellation and requesting that you text me to confirm you have had the message. (or please text me if you have already had the message via the web) If I did not hear back shortly I would then phone your home number / mobile to try and contact you.The fees for the cancelled class that I could not do would either be refunded or added to the following term or alternative class whichever you would prefer.
Please note though I an unable to refund fees for a class if it has gone ahead and I have turned up to do the class that you have not turned up to. Unfortunately I have to pay for hall hire and various expenses regardless of the weather. If I have space in another class Im happy for you to do an extra session the following week to make up for the missed class that you were unable to attend
Class Times for Monday class
Class times will have to change on the following dates:8th February 2010
26th April 2010
12th July 2010
18th October 2010
The times will change as follows:
9.30am class will start 9.15am till 9.45am
10.15am class will start 9.50am till 10.20am
11.00am class will be at a later time of 12.15pm
12.00pm class will be 1.00pm
if you find the above times a problem please can you see me to re arrange a more suitable time. Sorry for the inconvenience it may cause
