Fees,Terms and conditions

Sessions are booked and fees paid half termly in advance and cost £21.00 for 6 weeks. Some terms run to 7 weeks and therefore incur an extra £3.50 for the additional class.

Because classes are kept deliberately small (usually a maximum of 10 children) and there are various costs involved in running a class example hall hire, insurance fees. Franchise fees etc which are still required even if you miss a session, fees for missed sessions are non refundable and non-transferable to the next term. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by myself a full refund will be made. No further liabilities will be accepted.

If there is space available and you wish to join half way during a term then fees will be pro rata and only required for the remainder of the term.

Payment is required at least 1 week prior to start of new term before the beginning of the class. If you wish to pay by cheque, please can you ensure your child’s name, class, day and time are written on the back of the cheque. Receipts for cheques are written upon request and are made payable to Joan Wallington. If you pay by cash, please can you ensure you receive a receipt at the time of payment.

Sessions last for 30 minutes and a parent, or carer is required to stay and help their child throughout the session and help them to settle and to give them encouragement and praise. Please ensure where possible to arrive 10 minutes before class starts to ensure least disruption and helps to settle your little one. Classes run to the East Staffordshire Term table and therefore no classes are during half term or summer time. See “Term Dates” for details of new term.
